La humanidad ha decidido ponerse en huelga para salvar a la especie. Qué perplejidad. La masa es solidaria, pero gregaria. El individuo es egoísta, pero independiente. Parece obvio, ¿no?
¡Ahora nos dicen que vamos a vivir en la nueva normalidad…ja! Lo siento, no me lo creo.
¿Por qué tenemos tan poca memoria? Algunos salen el jueves a la puerta de su casa para aplaudir y rendir homenaje al NHS. El viernes se van a una playa atestada de personas. ¿Por qué tanta hipocresía?
Es cierto, los gobernantes nos han mentido, nos han manipulado, nos insultan con su forma de actuar. Amantes de la discordia, adalides de la mediocridad.
Nueva normalidad…
Quizás algunos adultos hayan tenido tiempo para estudiar, reflexionar y crecer. ¿Hay esperanza?
Buda dijo lo siguiente:
“No creáis en nada simplemente porque lo diga la tradición, ni siquiera aunque muchas generaciones de personas nacidas en muchos lugares hayan creído en ello durante muchos siglos. No creáis en nada por el simple hecho de que muchos lo crean o finjan que lo creen. No creáis en nada sólo porque así lo hayan creído los sabios en otras épocas. No creáis en lo que vuestra propia imaginación os propone cayendo en la trampa de pensar que Dios os inspira. No creáis en lo que dicen las sagradas escrituras sólo porque ellas lo digan. No creáis a los sacerdotes ni a ningún otro ser humano. Cree únicamente en lo que vosotros mismos habéis experimentado, verificado y aceptado después de someterlo al dictamen de la razón”.

Why do we have so little memory? Some go out to their front door on Thursday to clap and pay tribute to the NHS. On Friday they go to a crowded beach. Why so much hypocrisy?
It is true, the politicians have lied to us, they have manipulated us, they insult us with their way of acting. Lovers of discord, champions of mediocrity.
New normality…
Perhaps some adults have had time to study, think, and grow. Is there hope?

Do not believe the priests or any other human being. Believe only in what you yourselves have experienced, verified and accepted after subjecting it to the opinion of reason”.
